- Booking & Payment Procedures
- All bookings must be made through our official communication channels: in person, by email, phone, or via our website.
- A deposit (typically 50% or as specified) is required to confirm your booking. Full payment must be made within the provided timeline.
- No services will be confirmed until full payment is received and a confirmation notice is issued.
- Accepted payment methods include:
- Bank transfer
- Mobile money
- Other approved platforms communicated at the time of booking
- Cancellation & Refund Policies
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
- Cancellations made after booking but before service confirmation may be subject to administrative fees.
- Cancellations made after ticket issuance or confirmed reservations may incur third-party charges (e.g., airlines, hotels), which will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- No refunds will be issued for:
- No-shows
- Missed flights
- Partially used services
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 working days, subject to third-party processing times.
- Traveler Responsibilities & Our Obligations
Traveler Responsibilities:
- Ensure all personal travel documents (passports, visas, vaccination certificates, etc.) are valid and accurate.
- Comply with immigration, health, and safety regulations of the destination country.
- Maintain respectful conduct and adhere to local laws and customs during travel.
Our Obligations:
- Gallivanter Agency will make every reasonable effort to deliver quality services through reliable airlines, accommodation providers, and tour partners.
- We will provide timely and transparent communication before and during your travel.
- While we strive to manage all logistics, we are not liable for disruptions beyond our control, such as:
- Airline delays
- Political unrest
- Service changes by third-party providers
- Travel Insurance Recommendations
- We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Medical emergencies
- Trip cancellations or delays
- Baggage loss
- Travel insurance is not automatically included in packages unless explicitly stated.
- Gallivanter Agency can assist you in identifying reliable travel insurance options upon request.
